About / Bio
Olivia Kim is a figure sculptor based in Rochester, NY. She works with clay, bronze and cast glass. After graduating with her BFA at Alfred School of Art & Design, she spent nine years in Italy, studying at the Florence Academy of Art and later working on public and private art commissions. Her recent projects concentrate on the biomechanical and biokinetic movement of the body; inspirations coming from Futurpointe Dance and the Bessie Award and Tony Award-winning Garth Fagan Dance Company. Olivia’s artwork is displayed in Europe, Australia and the USA. Her work is exhibited at Harbor Square Gallery in Rockland, Maine.
